From the time we receive the service information to the time we arrive at the fault site, we will arrive at the construction site within 24 hours for distances up to 500 kilometers, within 36 hours for distances up to 1000 kilometers, and within 48 hours for distances between 1000 and 2000 kilometers, to carry out maintenance and fault removal.
The after-sales service engineer is on standby 24/7, including holidays. The service engineer cannot leave the site until the fault is resolved, and must obtain the customer's permission before leaving.
