The QLGJ312A series tunnel arch‑erection machine is a versatile, multi‑purpose tunnel‑construction rig capable of handling steel arch installation of various specifications, as well as supporting auxiliary functions such as charge‑loading platforms, rock‑breaking operations, and ventilation‑duct installation. It meets the regulatory and safety requirements for installing single‑span or multi‑span steel arches— including I‑beam arches, H‑section steel arches, and steel‑grid arches—in railway and highway tunnels, while accommodating the installation distances required for single‑bore, single‑track, double‑track, and triple‑track tunnels under full‑face, bench‑cut, and core‑soil‑retaining excavation methods.
